Joya is a town and a nagar panchayat in Jyotiba Phule Nagar district in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001^[update] India census^[1], Joya is a small town centre located at National Highway No.24 just 128 kilometres from Delhi.Joya had a population of 13,340. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Joya has an average literacy rate of 45%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 56%, and female literacy is 34%. In Joya, 21% of the population is under 6 years of age.
